One of my favorite memories with my father-in-law is sitting upstairs in his music room looking through photos of my husbands childhood. It was so fun going through all those old photographs of my husband as a newborn coming home from the hospital, with his youth baseball team, or spending time with his large family. In those photos I saw his parents when they were our age, vacationing with friends. Sometimes we forget that our parents were young once, but these photos remind us.
